Delete your Fawazeer account

Fawazeer (فوازير) — the Arabic riddles game published by ITCE — lets you permanently delete your account and its data at any time, directly from the app or by request.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open Fawazeer and go to Settings → Privacy (or Profile → Delete account).
2. Tap Manage your data → Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. If you signed in with Apple, the app asks you to re-confirm with Apple so we can also revoke your Sign in with Apple grant.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email contact@fawazeer.app from the address linked to your account (or include your in-game display name), with the subject line "Delete my account". We process verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (including the Sign in with Apple / Google link) and sign-in identity.
• All gameplay data tied to it: progress, coins, streaks, scores, leaderboard entries, duels, Majlis and Diwan history, purchases metadata, and your push-notification token.
• Progress stored on your device is erased by the in-app flow at the same time.

What may be kept

• Records we are legally required to retain (for example purchase/tax records held by Apple and Google — those stores own your payment history).
• Aggregated, de-identified statistics that no longer identify you.
